Keeper Accruals is currently available as part of our free beta program. This early access period is designed to let you explore the feature, share feedback, and help us make it the best possible tool for managing your accruals.
Our goal is to officially launch Keeper Accruals to general access in mid-September. At that point, Accruals will become a paid feature.
What This Means for Beta Users
During Beta (Now → Mid-September)
Accruals is free to use for all beta customers.
You can test the full feature set, including importing schedules, automating postings, and reviewing schedules in Keeper.
We encourage you to share your feedback directly with our product team through the weekly form so we can continue improving before launch.
After Launch (Mid-September Onwards)
Accruals will be offered as a premium add-on to your Keeper subscription.
Even if you joined during the free beta, you will need to upgrade your subscription to continue using the feature after launch.
Pricing and upgrade instructions will be shared prior to launch so you can plan ahead.
Beta Program Participation
Once you sign up for the Accruals Beta, you will remain part of the beta program until it ends at launch.
If you need to be removed from the program before that time, please contact our support team at support@keeper.app.
Eligibility Requirements
Keeper Accruals is currently available only to QuickBooks Online (QBO) customers and is limited to those based in the United States.
If you are using a different accounting platform or are located outside the US, you will not be able to access the feature at this time.
Why Upgrade After Launch?
The beta is our way of thanking early adopters for testing the feature—but the full release will include ongoing improvements, support, and continued integration into your month-end workflow. Your subscription upgrade will ensure you:

Receive all future enhancements and new capabilities.
