Pricing Plans

How our new billing model compares to our old billing model

Updated today

On September 24th, 2025 Double transitioned from an add-ons model to a tiered model.

Previously, Double had the following plans:

  • Standard: $8/mo/client

  • Premium: $10/mo/client

  • Receipts: $15/mo/client (add on)

Receipts was an add-on to Premium, so the cost for a client with Receipts enabled would be $25 ($10 for Premium + $15 for Receipts).

New Pricing Model

Our new pricing model has the following tiers:

  • Lite ($8): same as Standard.

  • Core ($10): same as Premium.

  • Plus ($25): Core + Receipts + AI Financial Summaries.

  • Scale ($50): Plus + Accruals + AI Journal Entries.

Importantly, this change does not increase prices, it’s just a simpler structure.

For example, if a client previously had Premium ($10) and Receipts ($15), they’ll now just be on Plus ($25).

The price stays the same, but it should make your invoice easier to follow.

Just like the old plans, our new tiered model supports mix and match pricing (you can put different clients on different tiers).

Lite plans do not support mix and match pricing: if you are on Lite, all connected clients must be on Lite.

2021 Beta Pricing

For firms on Double's 2021 beta pricing:

  • You will continue to have unlimited clients at the base level (Keeper Core).

  • This will be reflected in your pricing for higher tiers:

    • Keeper Core will cost $0 instead of $10,

    • Keeper Plus will cost $15 instead of $25,

    • Keeper Scale will cost $40 instead of $50, since we’re netting out the cost of Keeper Core.

  • The above setup is consistent with how Receipts add-on pricing worked before the tiered model, so you should not see your bill increase for any Receipts clients you currently have.
