On October 23, 2025, Keeper rebranded as Double (you can read more about that here).
This article is here to share how this update affects the product.
On November 19th, all keeper.app links will start to redirect to doublehq.com. No links will break, so your bookmarks are all still safe.
This includes non-whitelabeled client portal links. If your clients have bookmarked their keeper.app portals, they will seamlessly redirect without any issue.
Before that date, all keeper.app links will continue to function without redirecting.
What's not changing
If you have a whitelabeled client portal (your clients log in at your own URL not a keeper.app URL), nothing about their portal experience will change, and no action is required on your end.
The mobile app is also not changing and requires no notice.
What is changing
If you have a Keeper-branded client portal, their login will change from keeper.app/client-login to doublehq.com/client-login by the end of the year.
Additionally, any emails that previously came from questions@keeper.app will start to come from questions@doublehq.com.
If you are worried about the portal URL change disrupting your client communications and would like to set up whitelabeling, we're offering 20% off Core upgrades for the next 12 months (so your subscription price will stay the same for the next year).
To take advantage of that, or If you have any other questions, please reach out to us via our in-app chat or at help@doublehq.com.
What should I tell my clients if I have a whitelabeled client portal?
If you have a whitelabeled client portal, you do not need to tell your clients anything. The portal will continue to function as normal, and since there was no Keeper branding on your old portal, nothing changes.
What should I tell my clients if I have a non-whitelabeled client portal?
If you have a non-whitelabeled client portal (one hosted at www.keeper.app), you do not need to notify your clients today, but you should let them know before November 19th that their portal links will start to redirect to doublehq.com and emails about the portal will come from questions@doublehq.com.
If you are concerned about this change or about how to message your clients, please reach out to us via our in-app chat or at help@doublehq.com.
Email Template
Reminder: you do not need to send this if your portal is whitelabeled!
If you have a non-whitelabeled client portal, here is an email template you can use to let your clients know about the change. You can even send it through Double by copying and pasting it into your templates.

Hi {Contact_First_Name},
I wanted to let you know that the company that provides our client portal changed their name from Keeper to Double. As a result, in a few weeks:
Our portal's URL will change to doublehq.com/client-login
Emails about the portal will start coming from questions@doublehq.com
None of the portal functionality is changing, and if you have bookmarked the portal, the old link will redirect automatically. The only thing to be aware of is to make sure to whitelist the questions@doublehq.com email.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
