Branches
Updated over a week ago

Branches are a way to segment a single practice into multiple separate branches. For example, if you have multiple offices whose clients and users do not overlap, you can divide these offices into Branches to separate their clients and users.

Branches still share the same Practice Settings and Templates, but their Client List and Users are separated.

The Super Admin can see all clients, users, and contacts across all branches. Below is a quick tour of how branches looks to a Super Admin:

Using Branches to separate your firm books

One great use case for Branches is for separating your firm's books from the rest of your clients.

To do this, you can create a separate branch that only contains only your firm's books as a client. Then, you can assign all of the rest of your users and clients to the other branch.

Since Super Admins have access to all branches, Super Admins can access your firm's books, while no other user will see them in the account.
