π What is the Shared folder?
The Shared folder is a centralized location in your Keeper Emails where you can view:
Emails that other team members have shared with you via @ tagging
Threads that need your visibility or input
Conversations relevant to your clients, even if you werenβt originally on the thread
This ensures that nothing important slips through the cracks β especially when teammates loop you in for context or hand off a conversation.

When a team member shares an email thread with you via an @tag comment, it will automatically appear in your Shared folder.
Emails in this folder are read-only unless you're a participant on the thread. However, the shared user can still comment internally and create tasks from the email.
