Locking Reports

Prevent changes to your report configuration.

If you would like to prevent changes from being made to your reports after you configure them, you can lock your reports. Once reporting is locked, no Management/Financial Reports are editable – they can only be published and shared.

To make further changes, disable the lock and then re-enable it when you have finished.


Enabling Report Lock

  1. Click Practice Settings (⚙️ icon)

  2. Click Practice & Statements

  3. Click Statements and Reporting

  4. Toggle ON Lock Reports

Things to Note

  • Report Lock can only be enabled / disabled by Admin users

  • While Report Lock is enabled, Templates can still be changed by Admin users
