Creating the same reporting package for multiple clients is made easy by utilizing Report Templates!


Accessing and Creating Reporting Templates

You can create a new template from an existing client!

  • Navigate to the Reporting tab on the client's page

  • At the top left of the tab, select Settings

  • Choose to Add Current Settings as Template

You can also create reporting templates from the Client List under the Templates tab.

Templates are also accessible from the client close! Choose the drop down arrow next to the Home icon at the very top-left of your screen. From here, you can navigate to any tab on the Client List.


Editing Reporting Templates

From the Client List page, you can edit your report templates by going to the Templates section and choosing Reporting. Make sure to click Save to save your changes.

Any changes made to Report Templates will apply retroactively to all clients that use that template.


Applying Reporting Templates

You can apply reporting templates to clients from the Templates section by choosing the desired template and clicking the Add to Client button.

You can also apply reporting templates to clients under the Reporting tab in your All Client Settings.

To access all client reporting settings in bulk:

  1. Navigate to your Practice Settings (โš™๏ธ icon)

  2. Select All Client Settings

  3. Navigate to the Reporting tab

  4. Select a Management Report Template from the list of drop down options
