Client Notes

Client Notes are a way to take notes about a client.

You can use them for taking notes when you have meetings with your clients, or for documenting closing/handoff information.

These notes are fully text searchable, and they are not seen by your clients.

Note history is only available for edits taking place on or after April 20, 2023.


Meeting Note Templates

The Meeting Note templates feature helps standardize your client meeting documentation. Once the template is saved, it can be used anytime your team takes meeting notes.

This video walks through the process of creating a Meeting Note template, and applying it to the client close.

Creating a Note template

To create a new Meeting Note template,

  • Go to Templates

  • Select the Notes tab

  • Choose Add new note template

  • Add info as needed

  • Choose Save Template

Applying a Notes template to your Client Info

To apply a Meeting Note template,

  • Go to the client's close page

  • Select Info at the top of the page

  • Go to the Notes tab

  • Select the Add button

  • Select the desired template from the drop down at the top right

  • Add any additional info, if needed

  • Select Save to add
