Resources allows you to add a tab to your Client Portal where you can leave permanent notes for your clients.
Commonly, Resources are used for things like:
A link to the client's specific Google Drive folder
A link to an IRS resource (e.g., the IRS form W9)
Firm "How-To's/instructions"
The client's specific Hubdoc/Dext receipt forwarding email address
Enabling Resources
To enable resources:
Go to Practice Settings (⚙️ icon)
Click Client Portal Settings
Click Resources
Toggle ON Resources Tab Visible
To disable resources, follow steps 1-3 above and toggle OFF "Resources Tab Visible."
Editing Resources
To edit a client's Resources tab, go to their close, then go to the Client Portal, then click Resources.
