A Client Portal Announcement is a way to leave a note on your Client Portal that all clients can see when they log in. Your can choose to add an announcement to the Client Portal and to the client's login screen.
For example, you might want to tell your clients to let you know if they open a new bank or credit card account, or you may want to give them a heads up if they should expect delays.
Setting up Client Portal Announcements
Announcements are a practice-level setting. To enable an announcement:
Go to Practice Settings (⚙️ icon)
Click Client Portal
Click Client Portal Announcement
Check 'Turn on Announcement'
To add a note, type your message in the text field and click 'save.'
