Notifications when your client responds

You have three options for setting up notifications when your clients respond in the portal:

  1. Via the individual client file

  2. Via your user settings

  3. Admins can set

Add users in your organization to be notified in a client's close page

  1. Go to the Client Portal

  2. Go to Notification Settings

  3. Add the users you want to be notified when the client responds

  1. You can manage your own notifications in your User Settings

    1. Click your user icon (your initials in a colored circle or profile image) in the top right-hand corner

    2. Click Client Questions

    3. Add the clients you wish to be notified about

    4. Click Save

  2. If you are an admin you can set daily notifications for users:

    1. Click Practice Settings (โš™๏ธ icon)

    2. All Client settings

    3. Choose the users that should be notified for each client

How can I get notified as soon as my client answers my question?

By default, Keeper will send you a once-daily summary of all the clients who have answered your questions in the previous day.

To receive notifications as soon as your client responds:

  1. Go to your User Settings (your initials in a colored circle or profile image)

  2. Click the Client Questions tab

  3. Check Enable instant notifications
