If you want to review all transactions in a single report, you can create that with a Saved Search Report.
Here's how to do that:
Create a saved search report
Create a filter for where Account Is not blank. This should return all transactions because all transactions must have an account
Make sure to change the date range if you want to see transactions older than 1 month.
