Task templates can be published to community templates to share best practices within the Keeper community.

Publishing a template to Community Templates

To publish a template to the community template library, select your Task template, click "Duplicate" and select "To community templates."

Published templates will show a description of the template as well as the firm that created and published it.

If you need to edit a previously published template, click into the published template, make the necessary changes, and make sure to publish your changes.

Selecting a community template for your firm

To search for community templates to apply to your firm, go to "Templates" and select "Browse community templates." You can search by category or sort by Most popular or Newest published templates.

To copy a template to your firm, select the template you want and click "Copy to Firm." If the template includes non-closing task sections, you will need to map the template's sections to your firm's sections or click on the gear icon to "Manage sections" and add new sections.

Once you have copied a community template to your firm, you can apply the template to your clients. Updates made to the published community template will not apply to the copy of the template you saved to your firm or applied to your clients.
