The Activity Log feature helps admins efficiently track changes to tasks!

Every time a task is created, updated, or deleted, the change will be automatically recorded in the Activity Log. This ensures greater transparency and accountability, making it easier for admins to monitor task progress and modifications.

Admins can access the Activity Log in two locations:

  • Practice Settings

  • The body of the task itself

This feature is only accessible to Admin users. Standard Users do not have permission to view Activity Logs. Managers are able to access task activity logs within clients they have access to. Read more about permissions here.


Accessing the Activity Log

You can access the Activity Log from your Practice Settings.

  • Navigate to your Practice Settings

  • Select Activity Log


You can also view the Activity Log for an individual task directly within the task details.

  • Click on the task to expand it

  • Select Activity
