The Client Portal Mobile App

Keeper's Client Portal is available as an app on both iOS and Android. Clients can do everything in the mobile app that they can on the web version of the portal.

The app is especially helpful for making it easy for clients to answer questions on the go or upload receipts as soon as they get them.

Inviting your Clients to download the Mobile App

Your clients can download and start using the mobile app as soon as they have the link, provided you have added them as a Contact.

We've provided some helpful templates to make it easy to invite all of your contacts to access the portal. You can use these templates with our Bulk Email Blasts feature to quickly notify all of your clients about the new app.


FAQs

I am an accountant / bookkeeper. Why can't I login to the mobile app?

Since the mobile app is for your clients, only contacts can log into it (similar to how only contacts can log in to your portal on the web).

If you'd like to log into the portal to test it out, you just need to add yourself as a contact on any client.


What does the sign in process look like on the app?

Once your client has downloaded the mobile app, the sign in steps are very similar to the browser process.

Via Magic Link

  • Enter their contact email

  • Select Sign in with Email

  • From their email inbox, use the Login to Portal link

This magic link will keep them signed into the app until they choose to log out!
