Keeper Emails is how you can read your emails directly inside of Keeper.
It is first and foremost an email client. That means you can use it to read and respond to emails, compose new emails, and manage your inbox.
In addition, Keeper Emails lets you collaborate with your team by commenting and linking emails to tasks.
You can access Keeper Emails from the top of your screen by clicking Inbox.

How can I read emails inside my practice email?
Keeper Emails supports the ability to read email inside your Practice Email inbox, but you'll first need to reconnect your practice email to accept the new permissions.
To do that, go to your Practice Settings (⚙️) -> Client Portal -> Branding, remove your practice email, reconnect your practice email, and accept the new permissions.
Once you've done that, you'll now see your practice email inbox in your Firm Inbox section.
