Email History
You can see a list of all emails sent to a client contact through Keeper by:
Going to the client's close
Clicking Message Client
Navigating to the Email Client tab
Scroll to the bottom, click the arrow in the purple circle next to Email History
Email History will show all emails sent to your client's contacts, including automated email reminders.
Client emails will show up in Email History for more than one client if the contact has access to more than one client.
Ex: Bob Smith has access to Client A and Client B, so an email to Bob Smith will show up in the client history for Client A and Client B.
Open Tracking
We support open tracking, so you can see whether your client has read your email!
To enable open tracking for your practice emails,
Go to your Branding settings under Practice Settings > Client Portal
Select the Practice Email tab
Choose to Enable open tracking
Open email tracking is only available for accounts on the Premium plan.
