You can see a list of all emails sent to a Client through Keeper by:
Going to that client's close
Clicking Client Portal
Navigating to the Client Emails tab
Scroll to the bottom of the email template and click the arrow in the purple circle next to Email History
This feature will only show emails sent on or after September 20, 2021.
Note: client emails will show up in both clients if the contact has access to more than one client.
Ex: Bob Smith has access to Client A and Client B, so an email to Bob Smith will show up in the client history for Client A and Client B.
Open Tracking
All emails sent on July 14, 2022, or later now also support open tracking, so you can see whether your client has read your email.
