Integration Features
Creating contacts & clients
The creation of clients and contacts in Keeper is triggered by the proposal being approved in Anchor. Creating new clients and contacts will be dependent on whether the client and contact already exist in Keeper.
If a contact's email address DOES NOT exist in Keeper:
Anchor will create both the client and the associated contact
If a contact's email address DOES exist in Keeper, one of two actions will be triggered:
Client IS in Keeper, Anchor will use the existing client and contact in Keeper.
Client IS NOT in Keeper (names must match exactly), the contact, client, and tasks will not be created.
Anchor will send you an email prompting you to manually select the correct client for task generation based on the agreement in Anchor.
To review a current list of all existing contacts in Keeper, admins can access a master list under Practice Settings > Client Portal > All Contacts.
To review a current list of all existing clients in Keeper, admins can navigate to Practice Settings > All client settings. You can use this list to confirm if the client names match what you have in your Anchor setup.
Creating tasks
Anchor users can set up mapping between their Anchor services and Keeper task templates on the Anchor Integrations page.
Based on the mapping set up on the Anchor Integrations page, tasks will be created in Keeper for the contact linked to the agreement once their proposal is approved in Anchor.
