The best way to request bank statements from your clients is by setting up recurring questions for each bank statement you need and then enabling automated reminders to notify clients when there are new questions for them in their Client Portal.
We recommend creating one recurring question for each statement you request from your clients. That way, if they can only get you one statement, they'll still be able to see the other statements you need from them next time they go to their Portal.
Note: your clients will not receive an email as soon as the new recurring question posts. Instead, they will receive an email when the next automated email reminder goes out.
