With Keeper's Sage Intacct integration, you can manage your Sage Intacct closes alongside your QuickBooks and Xero clients.
Follow the guide below to set up a Sage Intacct client.
Step 1: Subscribe to Web Services in Intacct
In your Sage Intacct client, navigate to Company -> Admin -> Subscriptions.
Look for Web Services, and enable it if it is not already on.
Step 2: Add Keeper's Sender ID to your allowed list in Intacct
In Intacct, go to Company -> Company Info. Click Edit, and go to the Security tab.
Go to the section labeled "Web Services authorizations" and add the Sender ID JensenTechMPP.
Step 3: Create a user role with role-based security
In Intacct, Go to Company -> Admin -> Roles and create a new role.
Enter the following information:
Name: Keeper Role
Description: Keeper Web Services User
Click Save.
Then go to permissions, and select ALL for each permission listed. Also scroll to the bottom of each permission page to review and make sure none of them are missing.
Click Save.
Step 4: Create a user and assign that role
In Intacct, go to Company -> Admin -> Web Service users, and add a new user.
Enter the following information:
User ID: Keeper
Username: Keeper
Last name: Keeper
First name: Keeper
Account Email Address: email you want to receive login credentials for connection
Contact Name: enter in a new contact not already associated with a Web Services User
User Type: Business
Admin Privileges: limited
After adding this user, navigate to the Roles Information tab and add the Keeper role we added in Step 3.
Ignore any warnings here that there will be a charge for creating the User.
Step 5: Add the client in Keeper
Start by adding a new client in Keeper, and choose Sage Intacct.
You can also connect an Unconnected Client if you have already added them.
Step 6: Authenticate the client
Finally, authenticate your Sage Intacct client with the following information:
Company ID: use your Intacct client's Company ID.
User ID: User ID from the User you created in Step 4. (Keeper)
User Password: You should have received this in an email. You may be prompted to change it on creation. Please make sure to make any password changes before authenticating.
Once you have complete that step, your Sage Intacct client should be connected to Keeper!
